Shipping & Returns
Everything below covers how an order gets to you, and what to do if it isn't right once it arrives.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Once your order ships, you'll be able to track it from your order detail page.
Delivery & shipping charges
We ship across India through the Shiprocket courier network. Typical delivery is 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.
Orders over ₹2,999 ship free. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies — shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is available on every order. Online payment via UPI and card is coming soon.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something arrives damaged, or an item is missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a short unboxing video showing the shipping label — this is the fastest way for us to sort out a replacement without back-and-forth.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order yourself from its order detail page within the self-cancel window shown there (24 hours by default, occasionally different for a specific product). Once that window closes, or the order has moved past Processing, self-service cancellation is no longer available — contact us and we'll do what we can.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with tags and packaging intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items showing signs of wear, stains, or scent won't be accepted back.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once we've confirmed it's eligible, we'll arrange a pickup.
Refunds go back the way you paid: to your original payment method for online orders, or via UPI/bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders. Original shipping charges aren't refunded. Refunds are issued once the returned item passes a quick quality check on our end.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll swap it for another size or colour in the same style, subject to stock. If what you want isn't in stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
