Yes — self-service cancellation is available from your order detail page for as long as the order is still Processing. Once it moves past that stage, cancellation isn't available from your account.

Shipping is free on orders over ₹2,999. Below that threshold, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

Yes — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll swap it for another size or colour in the same style, subject to stock.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a short unboxing video showing the shipping label, and we'll sort out a replacement.
