Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information IRIK collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It applies to every visitor, whether or not you create an account.

Information we collect

Account information. Your mobile number is used to sign you in via one-time code. If you add a name or email to your account, we store that too.

Order information. When you place an order, we collect your shipping address, phone number, and the items you've bought, so we can fulfil and deliver it. If you pay online, payment details are handled directly by our payment processor — we never see or store your card or UPI details ourselves.

Usage information. Standard technical details — browser type, device, and pages visited — are logged automatically to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order updates (by SMS, WhatsApp, or email), respond when you contact us, and prevent fraud. We don't sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We only share what's needed to run the service, with:

  • — Razorpay, to process online payments
  • — Our shipping partner network (via Shiprocket), to deliver your order
  • — Our SMS/WhatsApp and email providers, to send order updates and OTP codes

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of IRIK and our customers.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart between visits — that data stays on your device and isn't used for advertising or tracking across other sites.

Data retention

We keep your order history for as long as your account is active, both for your own reference and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal information at any time — see below.
